Of learning and self-discovery
For more than twenty years, I've been diving into this way of living, trying out different things to see what works best. I've learned about detoxing, fasting, and breathing exercises, and how they all fit together to make me feel good in body and mind.
Detoxing isn't just about cleaning out your body; it's also about letting go of negative thoughts and feelings. Fasting isn't just about not eating for a while; it's about giving your mind a break and finding clarity. And breathing exercises might sound simple, but they've helped me find peace inside and handle my emotions better.
Through all of this, I've realized that being healthy isn't just about what you eat. It's also about how you take care of your mind and spirit. Living the raw food way isn't just a diet for me – it's a whole outlook on life. It's about respecting nature and feeling alive from the inside out.
