This exploration into holistic healing was not just a path for physical wellness but a spiritual path as well as mental illuminations that have sparked creativity that brought me much joy and fulfillment and has prepared me for my next journey of growth. . Discovering the raw food lifestyle became a revelation, resonating with me on a deep level. The concept of living off the raw, fresh bounty of the earth aligned perfectly with my aspirations for genuine well-being. Over two decades of personal experimentation, I delved into detoxification, fasting, and breath-work, crafting a holistic approach that extended beyond the physical to encompass mental and emotional well-being.<h2 id="1c9f71f7-9962-4444-9114-e6d01e617622" data-toc-id="1c9f71f7-9962-4444-9114-e6d01e617622">Expertise and Certification</h2>Driven by a passion for empowering others, I pursued a Natural Hygiene, Health Coaching certification, and expanded my coaching skills with various Life coaching accreditation courses, delving into neuroscience-based approaches.
